たんたんとカンパニー（以下「当方」）は、スマートフォンアプリ「Fun-First List わくわく優先リスト」（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本ポリシーは、本アプリで取り扱う情報の保存・利用・共有・保護について説明するものです。
2. 端末内に保存される情報
- ユーザーが入力するデータ：リスト名、項目名、メモ、評価（スコア）など、本アプリの機能を利用するためにユーザーが入力した情報。
- 端末内の保存データ：本アプリは、入力データをユーザーの端末内に保存します。
- 本アプリは、ユーザーの入力データを当方のサーバーへ送信しません。
- 本アプリは、広告配信を行いません。
- 本アプリは、第三者の解析ツール（アナリティクス）を利用しません。
- 本アプリは、iCloud 等のクラウド同期を提供しません。
- 本アプリは、アカウント登録（メールアドレス・氏名等）を求めません。
3. 利用目的
- リスト作成、項目管理、評価（スコア算出）など、本アプリの機能提供
- 不具合の修正、品質向上
4. 第三者提供
当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、本アプリにより端末内に保存される情報を第三者へ提供（販売・貸与・共有）しません。
5. セキュリティ
当方は、情報の漏えい・滅失・毀損を防止するため、適切で合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。
6. データの保存と削除
- 本アプリのデータはユーザーの端末内に保存されます。
- アプリを削除すると、端末内に保存されているデータは削除されます。
- 「最近削除した項目（ごみ箱）」機能があり、ごみ箱のデータは一定期間後に自動的に削除されます。
7. お子様のプライバシー
当方は、お子様を含むすべてのユーザーのプライバシーに配慮します。当方が個人を特定できる情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
