1. はじめに

たんたんとカンパニー（以下「当方」）は、スマートフォンアプリ「こえとろん」（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本ポリシーは、本アプリで取り扱う情報の取得・利用・共有・保護について説明するものです。

2. 取得する情報

  • マイク入力：録音機能提供のため、端末のマイクへアクセスします。録音データは端末内で処理され、当方のサーバー等へ送信されることはありません。
  • 利用状況・診断情報：アプリ改善のため、クラッシュログや基本的な利用統計を匿名または匿名化して収集する場合があります（例：OSバージョン、端末モデル、エラー情報）。
  • 広告関連情報：第三者の広告ネットワーク（Google AdMob）が広告識別子（IDFA / Google 広告ID）や端末情報を利用することがあります。
  • 課金関連情報：アプリ内課金の処理は Apple / Google が管理します。当方がクレジットカード情報などの決済情報を取得することはありません。当方は「購入の有無」や「購入状態を復元するための情報」のみを端末に保存・利用します。

3. 利用目的

  • 録音・再生など、本アプリの機能提供
  • 品質向上、新機能開発、パフォーマンス最適化
  • 不具合の調査・解析
  • 広告配信および最適化
  • プレミアム機能（広告非表示、追加エフェクトなど）の提供と購入状態の確認

4. アプリ内課金について

本アプリでは一部機能を有料でご利用いただけます。課金処理は Apple または Google の決済システムを通じて行われ、当方がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得することはありません。当方は、購入の有無および購入状態の復元に必要な範囲で情報を利用します。

5. 第三者提供

法令に基づく場合を除き、当方が取得した情報を第三者へ販売・貸与することはありません。解析・広告に限り、該当サービス提供者へ必要な範囲で送信される場合があります。

当方は、取得した情報の漏えい・滅失・毀損を防止するため、適切で合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。

  • マイク権限：初回録音時に許可が必要です。誤って拒否した場合は、端末の「設定」＞「アプリ」からマイクのアクセス許可を再設定できます。
  • 広告識別子：端末の設定でリセットやパーソナライズ制限が可能です。
  • 解析の無効化：OSや端末設定により一部の診断送信を制御できる場合があります。

  • Microphone Input: To provide recording features, the App requests access to the device microphone. Recorded audio is processed on device and is not sent to our servers.
  • Usage & Diagnostics: To improve quality, we may collect anonymous or de-identified crash logs and basic usage metrics (e.g., OS version, device model, error details).
  • Advertising Data: Third-party ad networks (Google AdMob) may use advertising identifiers (IDFA / Google Advertising ID) and device information.
  • Purchase Information: In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We do not collect credit card or payment details. The App may locally store purchase status to enable premium features and restore purchases.
