こえとろん 利用規約
第1条（利用目的）
本アプリ「こえとろん」は、音声を録音・再生・加工して楽しむためのアプリです。利用者は自己の責任において本アプリを利用できます。ただし、法令や公序良俗に反する行為には使用できません。
第2条（禁止事項）
- 法律・条例に違反する行為
- 他人の声を無断で録音・公開するなど、第三者の権利を侵害する行為
- 本アプリの改変、逆コンパイル、解析その他これらに準ずる行為
- 公序良俗に反する目的での利用
第3条（免責事項）
1. 開発者（たんたんとカンパニー）は、本アプリの利用によって生じたいかなる損害についても一切の責任を負いません。
2. 開発者は、本アプリの提供の中断・停止・不具合・仕様変更等により利用者または第三者が被った損害についても責任を負いません。
3. 本アプリの利用は、利用者ご自身の責任において行ってください。
第4条（サービス内容の変更・終了）
開発者は、利用者への事前通知なしに、本アプリの内容を変更または提供を終了することがあります。
第5条（規約の変更）
本規約は、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。変更後の規約は、アプリ内または公式サイトに掲示した時点で効力を生じます。
第6条（年齢について）
本アプリはお子さまから大人の方までお楽しみいただけますが、 未成年の方が利用する場合は、保護者の方といっしょに内容を確認のうえご利用ください。
第7条（広告・サードパーティサービス）
本アプリには広告やサードパーティのSDK等が含まれる場合があります。データの取扱い等の詳細は、別途掲示するプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
第8条（準拠法・紛争）
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、当事者間で誠実に協議し、解決しがたいときは日本の裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Koetron Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
“Koetron” is an app for recording, playing back, and transforming voices for entertainment. Users may use the app at their own risk and must not use it for any acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
Article 2 (Prohibited Uses)
- Acts that violate laws or regulations
- Infringement of third-party rights, such as recording or sharing others’ voices without consent
- Modification, reverse engineering, or similar unauthorized use of the app
- Use for purposes against public order and morals
Article 3 (Disclaimer)
1. The developer (Tantanto Company) shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the app.
2. The developer shall not be responsible for any damages incurred by users or third parties due to suspension, malfunction, specification changes, or discontinuation of the app.
3. Use of the app is at the user’s own risk.
Article 4 (Changes and Termination)
The developer may change the contents of the app or discontinue its provision without prior notice to users.
Article 5 (Amendments)
These Terms may be amended as necessary. The revised Terms take effect when posted in the app or on the official website.
Article 6 (Age)
This app is intended to be enjoyed by both children and adults. If you are a minor, please use the app with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Article 7 (Ads & Third-Party Services)
The app may include ads and third-party SDKs. For data handling, please refer to the separate Privacy Policy.
Article 8 (Governing Law & Disputes)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises and cannot be resolved through good-faith discussions, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Japan for the first instance.
